1 God saith thus to the man who shall faithfuly serve him: 2 “I know thy works that thou workest for me. 3 As I live eternally (b), thy love shall not exceed my bounty ( [1] ). 4 Because thou servest me as God thy creator (c), knowing thyself to be my work, 5 and askest nought of me save grace and mercy to serve me faithfully; because thou settest no end to my service, seeing thou desirest to serve me eternally ( [2] ): 6 even so will I do, for I will reward thee as if thou wert God, mine equal. 7 For not only will I place in thy hands the abundance of paradise, but I will give thee myself as a gift; 8 so that, even as thou art fain to be my servant for ever, even so will I make thy wages for ever.”’
1 ‘What think ye,’ said Jesus to his disciples, ‘of paradise? 2 Is there a mind that could comprehend such riches and delights ( [3] )? 3 Man must needs have

الفصل السبعون بعد المئة (ا)
1 يقول الله هكذا للرجل الذي يعبده بإخلاص :" 2 أعرف أعمالك وأنك تعمل لي 3 لعمري أنا (ب) الأبدي إن حبك لا يزيد على جودي ( [4] ) 4 فإنك تعبدني إلها خالقا لك (ج) عالما أنك صنعي 5 ولا تطلب مني شيئا سوى النعمة والرحمة لإخلاصك في عبادتي لأنك لا تضع حدا لعبادتي إذ ترغب أن تعبدني أبدا ( [5] ) 6 هكذا أفعل أنا فإني أجزيك كأنك إله وند لي 7 لأني لا أضع في يديك خيرات الجنة فقط بل أعطيك نفسي هبة 8 وكما أنك تريد أن تكون عبدي دائما أجعل أجرتك إلى الأبد ".
1 قال يسوع لتلاميذه :" ما هو ظنكم في الجنة ؟ 2 هل يوجد عقل يدرك مثل ذلك الغنى والمسرات ؟ ( [6] ) 3 فعلى الإنسان الذي يريد أن يعرف

[2] The writer of this manuscript presents an explanation to the eternity of paradise and hell: that who will be sent to either of them is determined to continue in what they are doing of good or bad. Of course it is a very good explanation. In the Quran there came that the people of the hell even after seeing the hell, they will do the same what they did if they are back to this world (The lowest life). ( Al-An’am 6: 27,28)

[5] يقدم كاتب إنجيل برنابا تفسيرا لأبدية الجنة ( والنار ) أن الذين سيرسلون لكل منهما مصرون على الاستمرار فيما هم فيه من صلاح أو فسوق ، وهو تفسير جميل جدا بلا شك . وقد ورد في القرآن الكريم أن أهل الجحيم حتى بعد أن يروا العذاب فإنهم إن أعيدوا للدنيا سيعودون لما كانوا يفعلون ( الأنعام 27 ، 28 ).
