even so are the delights of paradise more precious than all the delights of the princes of the world which they have had and shall have even unto the judgement of God (a) when the world shall have an end.’

7 Peter answered: ‘Shall, then, our body which we now have go into paradise?’

8 Jesus answered: ‘Beware, Peter, lest thou become a Sadducee; for the Sadducees say that the flesh shall not rise again, and that there be no angles ( [1] ). 9 Wherefore their body and soul are deprived of entrance into paradise, and they are deprived of all ministry of angels in this world ( [2] ). 10 Hast thou perchance forgotten Job ( [3] ), prophet and friend of God, how he saith: “I know that my God liveth (b) ; and in the last day I shall rise again in my flesh and with mine eyes I shall see God my Saviour?(c)”?

11 But believe me, this flesh of ours shall be so purified that it shall not possess a single property of those which now it hath; 12 seeing that it shall purged of every evil desire, 13 and God shall reduce it to such a condition as was Adam’s before he sinned ( [4] ).

14 ‘Two men serve one master in one hand and the same work. 15 The one alone seeth the work, and giveth orders to the second, and the second

هكذا تكون مسرات الجنة أعظم قيمة من مسرات العظماء والملوك التي كانت وستكون لهم دينونة الله (ا) حين ينقضي العالم 7 قال بطرس : أيذهب جسدنا الذي لنا الآن إلى الجنة ؟ 8 أجاب يسوع : احذر يا بطرس من أن تصير صدوقيا فإن الصدوقيين يقولون أن الجسد لا يقوم أيضا وأنه لا توجد ملائكة ( [5] ) 9 لذلك حرم على جسدهم وروحهم الدخول في الجنة ( [6] ) وهم محرومون من كل خدمة الملائكة في هذا العالم 10 أنسيتم أيوب ( [7] ) النبي وخليل الله كيف يقول :" أعلم أن إلهي حي (ب) وأني سأقوم في اليوم الأخير بجسدي وسأرى بعيني الله مخلصي " (ج) ؟ 11 ولكن صدقوني أن جسدنا هذا يتطهر على كيفية لا يكون له معها خاصة واحدة من خصائصه الحاضرة 12 لأنه سيتطهر من كل شهوة شريرة 13 وسيعيده الله إلى الحال التي كان عليها آدم قبل أن أخطأ ( [8] ) 14 رجلان يخدمان سيدا واحدا في عمل واحد 15 أحدهما يقتصر على النظر في العمل واصدار الأوامر والثاني
