so do all the worst animals; 21 but render good for evil and pray God for them that hate you ( [1] ). 22 Fire is not extinguished with fire, (a) but rather with water; even so I say unto you that ye shall not overcome evil with evil, but rather with good ( [2] ).23 behold God (b), who causeth the sun to come upon the good and evil ( [3] ), and likewise the rain. 24 So ought ye to do good to all for it is written in the law: ‘Be ye holy, for I your God am holy (c)( [4] ); be ye pure, for I am pure and be ye perfect, for I am perfect (d) ( [5] ).25 Verily I say unto you that the servant studieth to pleased his master, 26 and so he putteth not on any garment that is displeasing to his master, your garments are your will and your love. 27 Beware, then not to will or to love a thing that is displeasing to God (e), our Lord. 28 Be ye sure that God hateth the pomps and lusts of the world, and therefore hate the world.

d God the most high says in the Towra (Mosaic law )’ ye children of Israel , be Walis (saints ) , for I am a Wali , and be ye pure ,for I am pure, and be ye perfect , for I am perfect.’

ذلك ما تفعله شر الحيوانات كلها 21 ولكن جازوا الشر بالخير وصلوا لله لأجل الذين يبغضونكم ( [7] ) 22 النار لا تطفأ بالنار بل بالماء (ا )لذلك أقول لكم لا تغلبوا الشر بالشر بل بالخير ( [8] ) 23 انظروا الله (ب) الذي جعل شمسه تطلع على الصالحين والطالحين ( [9] ) وكذلك المطر 24 فكذلك يجب عليكم أن تفعلوا خيرا مع الجميع لأنه مكتوب في الناموس كونوا قديسين لأني أنا إلهكم قدوس (ج ) ( [10] ) كونوا أنقياء لأني أنا نقي وكونوا كاملين لأني أنا كامل (د) ( [11] ) 25 الحق أقول لكم أن الخادم يحاول إرضاء سيده 26 فلا يلبس ثوبا لا يعجب سيده ، وأثوابكم هي إرادتكم ومحبتكم 27 إحذروا إذا من أن تريدوا أو تحبوا شيئا غير مرضي من الله (هـ) ربنا 28 أيقنوا أن الله يبغض بهرجة وشهوات العالم لذلك أبغضوا أنتم العالم.

ا مثلا لا يدفع النار با النار كذلك لا يدفع الشر باالشر منه (مثل لا تدفع النار بالنار فكذلك لا يدفع الشر بالشر )

ج الله ولى وقدوس وكاميل ( الله ولي وقدوس وكامل )

د يقول الله تعلى في التورية يا بنى اسرائل كنو وليا فانّي ولى وكنوا طاهرا فئنى طاهر وكنوا كاميلا فئني كاميل منه

(يقول الله تعالى في التوراة يا بني إسرائيل كونوا أولياء لأني ولي وكونوا طاهرين لأني طاهر وكونوا كاملين لأني كامل منه )
