17 for his being is of God who created him ( [1] ). 18 That which man doeth is to contradict God his creator (a) and to commit sin whereby he meriteth not reward, but torment.

1 ‘Not only hath God created (a) man as I say, but he created him perfect ( [2] ). 2 He hath given him the whole world; after the departure from paradise he hath given him (c) two angles to guard him ( [3] ), 3 he hath sent (d) him the prophets, 4 he hath granted him the law ( [4] ), 5 he hath granted ( [5] ) him the faith, 6 every moment he delivereth him from Satan ( [6] ), 7 he is fain to give him paradise ( [7] ); 8 nay more, God willeth to give himself man (e). 9 Consider then the debt if it is great! 10 [a debt] to cancel which ye would need to have created man of yourselves out of nothing, 11 to have created as many prophets as God hath sent, with a world and paradise, 12 nay, more, with a God great and good as is our God (f), 13 and to give it all to God. 14 So would the debt be cancelled and there would remain to you only the obligation to give thanks to God. 15 But since ye are not able to create a single

17 لأن وجوده من الله الذي خلقه (ا)( [8] ) 18 أما ما يفعله الإنسان فهو أن يخالف خالقه ويرتكب الخطيئة التي لا يستحق عليها جزاءً بل عذابا .

1 لم يخلق الله الإنسان (ا)كما قلت فقط بل خلقه كاملا ( [9] ) 2 ولقد أعطاه (ج) العالم كله وبعد خروجه من الجنة أعطاه ملاكين ليحرساه ( [10] ) 3 وبعث (د) له الأنبياء 4 ومنحه الشريعة ( [11] ) 5 ومنحه (ج ) الإيمان ( [12] ) 6 وينقذه كل دقيقة من الشيطان ( [13] ) 7 ويريد أن يهبه الجنة ( [14]) 8 بل أكثر من ذلك فإن الله يريد أن يعطي (هـ) نفسه للإنسان 9 فتأملوا إذا فيما إذا كان الدين عظيما 10 فلمَحْو هذه وجب عليكم أن تكونوا أنتم قد خلقتم الإنسان من العدم 11 وأن تكونوا قد خلقتم أنبياء بعدد ما بعث الله مع (خلق) عالم وجنة 12 بل أكثر من ذلك مع خلق إله عظيم وجواد كإلهنا ( و ) 13 وأن تهبوها برمتها لله 14 فبهذا يمحى الدين ويبقى عليكم فرض تقديم الشكر لله فقط 15 ولكن لما كنتم غير قادرين على خلق
