15 They answered: ‘Now how wilt thou give him into our hand?’
16 Said Judas: ‘When I shall know that he goeth outside the city to pray ( [1] ) I will tell you, and will conduct you to the place where he shall be found; 17 for to seize him in the city will be impossible without a sedition.’
18 The high priest answered: ‘If thou wilt give him into our hand we will give thee thirty pieces of gold, and thou shalt see how well I will treat thee.’
1 When day was come, Jesus went up to the temple with a great multitude of people. 2 Whereupon the high priest drew near, saying: ‘Tell me, O Jesus, hast thou forgotten all that thou didst confess that thou art not God nor son of God, nor even the Messiah (a)?’
3 Jesus answered: ‘No of a surety, I have not forgotten; 4 for this is my confession which I shall bear before the judgement-seat of God on the day of judgement. 5 For all that is written in the book of Moses is most true, inasmuch as God our creator (b)(c) is [God] alone, and I am God’s servant and desire to serve God’s messenger (d) whom ye call Messiah.’
6 Said the high priest: ‘Then what booteth it to come to the temple with so great a multitude of people? 7 Seekest thou, perchance, to make thyself king

15 أجابوا : ألا كيف تسلمه إلى يدنا 16 أجاب يهوذا : متى علمت أنه يذهب إلى خارج المدينة ليصلي ( [2] ) أخبركم وأدلكم على الموضع الذي يوجد فيه 17 لأنه لا يمكن القبض عليه في المدينة بدون فتنة 18 أجاب رئيس الكهنة : إذا سلمته ليدنا نعطيك ثلاثون قطعة من الذهب وسترى كيف أعاملك بالحسنى.
1 ولما جاء النهار صعد يسوع إلى الهيكل مع جم غفير من الشعب 2 فاقترب منه رئيس الكهنة قائلا : قل لي يا يسوع أنسيت كل ما كنت قد اعترفت به من أنك لست الله ولا ابن الله ولا مسيا (ا) ؟ 3 أجاب يسوع : لا البتة لم أنس 4 لأن هذا هو الاعتراف الذي أشهد به أمام كرسي دينونة الله في يوم الدينونة 5 لأن كل ما كتب في كتاب موسى صحيح كل الصحة فإن الله خالقنا (ب)(ج) أحد وأنا عبد الله وأرغب في خدمة رسول الله (د) الذي تسمونه مسيا 6 قال رئيس الكهنة : فما المراد إذاً من المجيء إلى الهيكل بهذا الجم الغفير ؟ 7 لعلك تريد أن تجعل نفسك ملكا على
