they are united. 11 As God liveth (a), in whose presence my soul standeth, he who feareth and loveth God his Creator hath the feeling of mercy over them [over] whom God his head hath mercy (b)( [1] ); 12 and seeing that God willeth not the death of the sinner, but waiteth for each one to repent, if ye were of that body wherin I am incorporate, as God liveth (a), ye would help me to work according to mine head.
1 ‘If I work iniquity, reprove me, and God will love you, because ye shall be doing his will, 2 but if none can reprove me of sin it is sign that ye are not sons of Abraham as ye call yourselves ( [2] ), 3 nor are ye incorporate with that head wherein Abraham was incorporate. 4 As God liveth (a), so greatly did Abraham love God, that he not only brake in pieces the false idols and forsook his father and mother, but was willing to slay his own son in obedience to God.’
5 The high priest answered: ‘This I ask of thee, and I do not seek to slay thee, wherefore tell us: Who was this son of Abraham?’
6 Jesus answered:

b God the merciful God creates.
هي متحدة به 11 لعمر الله (ا) الذي تقف نفسي في حضرته أن من يخاف ويحب الله خالقه يرحم من يرحمه (ب) الله الذي هو رأسه ( [3] ) 12 ولما كان الله لا يريد موت الخاطئ بل يمهل كل أحد للتوبة فلو كنتم من ذلك الجسد الذي أنا متحد فيه لكنتم لعمر الله (ا) تساعدونني لأعمل بحسب ( مشيئة ) رأسي .
1 إذا كنت أفعل الإثم وبخوني يحببكم الله لأنكم تكونون عاملين بحسب إرادته 2 ولكن إذا لم يقدر أحد أن يوبخني على خطيئة فذلك دليل على أنكم لستم أبناء إبراهيم كما تدعون أنفسكم ( [4] ) 3 ولا أنتم متحدون بذلك الرأس الذي كان إبراهيم متحدا به 4 لعمر الله (ا) إن إبراهيم أحب الله بحيث أنه لم يكتف بتحطيم الأصنام الباطلة تحطيما ولا بهجر أبيه وأمه ولكنه كان يريد أن يذبح ابنه طاعة لله 5 أجاب رئيس الكهنة : إنما أسألك هذا ولا أطلب قتلك فقل لنا من كان ابن إبراهيم هذا؟ 6 أجاب يسوع:
