upon them which believe my words that thou hast given me ( [1] ). 9 For even as thou art true God (a)( [2] ), so thy word which I have spoken is true; for it is thine, 10 seeing I have ever spoken as one that readeth, who cannot read save that which is written in the book that he readeth ( [3] ): 11 even so have I spoken that which thou hast given me.
12 ‘Lord God the Saviour (b), save them whom thou hast given me in order that Satan may not be able to do aught against them, 13 and save not only them but every one that shall believe in them.
14 ‘Lord bountiful and rich in mercy (c), grant to thy servant to be in the congregation of thy Messenger (d)( [4] ) on the day of judgement: 15 and not me only, but every one whom thou hast given me, with all them that shall believe on me through their preaching. 16 And this do, lord, for thine own sake that Satan boast not himself against thee, Lord.
17 ‘Lord God, who by thy providence (e) providest all things necessary for thy people Israel, be mindful of all the tribes of the earth, which thou hast promised to bless by thy Messenger (d), for whom thou didst create the world. 18 Have mercy on the world and send

الذين يؤمنون بالكلام الذي أعطيتني إياه ( [5] ) 9 لأن كلمتك التي تكلمتها هي حقيقية كما أنك أنت الإله الحقيقي (ا) ( [6] ) لأنها كلمتك أنت 10 فإني أتكلم دائما كمن يقرأ ولا يقدر أن يقرأ إلا ما هو مكتوب في الكتاب الذي يقرأه ( [7] ) 11 هكذا قلت ما قد أعطيتني إياه 1212 أيها الرب الإله المخلص (ب) خلص من قد أعطيتني لكيلا يقدر الشيطان أن يفعل شيئا ضدهم 13 ولا تخلصهم هم فقط بل كل من يؤمن لهم 14 أيها الرب الجواد والغني في الرحمة (ج) امنح خادمك أن يكون بين أمة رسولك (د) يوم الدين ( [8] )15 وليس أنا فقط بل كل من قد أعطيتني مع سائر الذين سيؤمنون بي بواسطة بشيرهم 16 وافعل هذا يا رب لأجل ذاتك حتى لا يفاخر الشيطان يا رب 17 أيها الرب الإله الذي بعنايتك (هـ) تقدم كل الضروريات لشعبك إسرائيل اذكر قبائل الأرض كلها التي قد وعدت أن تباركها برسولك (د) الذي لأجله خلقت العالم 18 ارحم العالم وعجِّل
