of his judgement from the hand of God, who saith: “ I am witness and judge (a), and my honour I will give to none.” ( [1] )11 Verily I tell you that these testify of that which they have not seen nor really heard, 12 and judge without having been constituted judges. 13 Therefore are they abominable on the earth before the eyes of God, who will pass tremendous judgement upon them in the last day. 14 Woe to you, woe to you who speak good of the evil, and call the evil good ( [2] ), 15 for ye condemn as a malefactor God who is the author of good, 16 and justify as good Satan, who is the origin of all evil. 17 Consider what punishment ye shall have, and that it is horrible to fall into the judgement of God (b) ,which shall be then upon those who justify the wicked for money ( [3] ), 18 and judge not the cause of the orphans and widows ( [4] ). 19 Verily I say unto you, that the devils shall tremble at the judgement of such, 20 so terrible shall it be. 21 Thou man who art set as a judge, regard no other thing, 22 neither kinsfolk nor friends, neither honour nor gain, 23 but look solely with fear of God to the truth, which thou shalt seek with greatest

الدينونة من يد الله الذي يقول :" إني شاهد وقاض (ا) ولا أعطي مجدي لأحد ( [5] ) 11 الحق أقول لكم أن هؤلاء يشهدون بما لم يروا ولم يسمعوا قط 12 ويقضون دون أن ينصّبوا قضاة 13 وإنهم لذلك مكروهون على الأرض أمام عيني الله الذي سيدينهم دينونة رهيبة في اليوم الآخر 14 ويل لكم ويل لكم أنتم الذين تمدحون الشر وتدعون الشر خيرا ( [6] ) 15 لأنكم تحكمون على الله بأنه أثيم وهو منشئ الصلاح 16 وتبررون للشيطان كأنه صالح وهو منشأ كل شر 17 فتأملوا أي قصاص يحل بكم وإن الوقوع في دينونة الله (ب) مخوف وستحل حينئذ على أولئك الذين يبررون الأثيم لأجل النقود ( [7] ) 18 ولا يقضون في دعوى اليتامى والأرامل ([8] ) 19 الحق أقول لكم أن الشياطين سيقشعرون من دينونة هؤلاء 20 لأنها ستكون رهيبة جدا 21 أيها الإنسان المنصوب قاضيا لا تنظر إلى شئ آخر 22 لا إلى الأقرباء ولا الأصدقاء ولا إلى الشرف ولا إلى الربح 23 بل انظر فقط بخوف الله إلى الحق الذي يجب عليك أن تطلبه باجتهاد
