but thou tellest a lie to please God.”
38 ‘Now consider’ , said Jesus to his disciples, ‘how he will find mercy.’
39 They answered: ‘never Lord because he is impenitent. 40 Speak to us now of the judgement of God.’

1 The judgement day of god will be so dreadful that verily I say unto you, the reprobates would sooner choose ten hells than go to hear God speak in wrath ( [1] ) against them (b). 2 Against whom all things created will witness. 3 Verily I say unto you, that not alone shall the reprobates fear, but the saints and the elect of God 4 so that Abraham shall not trust in his righteousness, 5 and Job shall have no confidence in his innocency ( [2] ). 6 And what say I ? 7 Even the messenger of God (c) shall fear, 8 for that God (d), to make known his majesty, shall deprive his messenger (e) of memory, 9 so that he shall have no remembrance how that God hath given him all things. 10 Verily I say unto you that, speaking from the heart I tremble because by the world I shall be called God, 11 and for this I shall have to render an account. 12 As God liveth(f),

ولكنك تكذب لترضي الله " قال يسوع لتلاميذه :" انظروا الآن أنى يجد رحمة " 39 أجابوا :" أبدا يا رب لأنه غير تائب "40 أما الآن فأخبرنا عن دينونة الله .
الفصل الثاني والخمسون (ا)
1 الحق أقول لكم أن يوم دينونة الله سيكون رهيبا بحيث أن المنبوذين يفضلون عشر جحيمات على أن يسمعوا الله يكلمهم بغضب شديد (ب) ( [3] ) 2 الذين ستشهد عليهم كل المخلوقات 3 الحق أقول لكم ليس المنبوذون هم الذين يخشون فقط بل القديسون وأصفياء الله (كذلك) 4 حتى أن إبراهيم لا يثق ببره 5 ولا يكون لأيوب ثقة في براءته ( [4] ) 6 وماذا أقول ؟ 7 بل إن رسول (ج) الله سيخاف 8 لأن الله (د) إظهارا لجلاله سيجرد (هـ ) رسوله من الذاكرة 9 حتى لا يذكر كيف أن الله أعطاه كل شئ 10 الحق أقول متكلما من القلب أني أقشعر لأن العالم سيدعوني إلها 11 وعليّ أن أقدم لأجل هذا حسابا 12 (و) لعمر الله
