and converteth them into fire, making no difference between olive and cypress and palm; even so our God hath mercy on every one that worketh righteously, making no difference between Jew, Scythian, Greek or Ishmaelite( [1] ) . 9 But let not thine heart stop there, O James because where God hath sent (a) the prophet it is necessary entirely to deny thine own judgement and to follow the prophet ( [2] ), 10 and not to say: “why saith he thus?” “Why doth he thus forbid and command?” 11 But say: “Thus God willeth. Thus God commandeth.”12 Now what said God to Moses when Israel despised Moses? “They have not despised thee, but they have despised me ( [3] ).”

13 ‘Verily I say unto you, that man ought to spend all the time of his life not in learning how to speak or to read but in learning how to work well. 14 Now tell me, who is that servant of Herod who would not study to please him by serving him with all diligence? 15 Woe unto the world that

وتحولها نارا بدون تمييز بين الزيتون والسرو والنخل هكذا يرحم إلهنا كل من يفعل برا غير مميز بين اليهودي والسكيثي واليوناني أو الإسماعيلي ( [4] )9 ولكن لا يقف قلبك هناك يا يعقوب لأنه حيث أرسل الله (ا ) النبي ترتب عليك حتما أن تنكر حكمك وتتبع النبي ( [5] ) 10 لا أن تقول : " لماذا يقول هذه ؟ لماذا يأمر وينهي ؟"11 بل قل : "هكذا يريد الله وهكذا يأمر الله" 12 ألا ماذا قال الله لموسى لما امتهن إسرائيل موسى ؟ " إنهم لم يمتهنوك ولكنهم امتهنوني ( [6] ) أنا" 13 الحق أقول لكم أنه لا يجب على الإنسان أن يصرف زمن حياته 7 في تعلم التكلم أو القراءة بل في تعلم كيف يشتغل جيدا 14 ألا قولوا أي خادم لهيرودس لا يحاول مرضاته بأن يخدمه بكل جد 15 ويل للعالم الذي
