awaiting the issue of the words of Jesus. 9 Whereupon Jesus said: ‘Ye know not that the true food is to do the will of God ( [1] ); 10 because it is not bread that sustaineth man and giveth him life, but rather the word of God, by his will( [2] ). 11 And so for this reason the holy angels eat not(a), but live nourished only by the will of god( [3] ). 12 And thus we Moses ( [4] ) and Elijah ( [5] ) and yet another, have been forty days and forty nights without any food.’

15 Jesus said: ‘Look now how the montain is white wit corn; 16 verily I say unto you, that to-day there is a great harvest to be reaped.’ 17 And then he pointed to the multitude who had come to see him. 18 For the woman having entered into the city had moved all the city, saying: ‘O men come and see a new prophet sent of God (b) to the house of Israel; 19 and she recounted to

منتظرين نتيجة كلام يسوع 9 عندئذ قال يسوع : إنكم لا تعلمون الطعام الحقيقي هو عمل مشيئة الله ( [6] )10 لأنه ليس الخبز الذي يقيت الإنسان ويعطيه حياة بل بالحرى كلمة الله بإرادته ( [7] ) 11 فلهذا السبب لا تأكل ( ا ) الملائكة الأطهار بل يعيشون ويتغذون بإرادة الله ([8] ) 12 وهكذا نحن ، موسى ( [9] ) وإيليا ( [10] ) وواحد آخر لبثنا أربعين يوما وأربعين ليلة بدون شئ من الطعام 13 ثم رفع يسوع عينيه وقال:" متى يكون الحصاد؟ " 14 أجاب التلاميذ : " بعد ثلاثة أشهر " 15 قال يسوع :" انظروا الآن كيف أن الجبال بيضاء بالحبوب 16 الحق أقول لكم أنه يوجد اليوم حصاد عظيم يجني 17 وحينئذ أشار إلى الجم الغفير الذي أتى ليراه 18 لأن المرأة لما دخلت المدينة أثارت المدينة بأسرها قائلة : أيها القوم تعالوا وانظروا نبيا جديدا مرسلا ( ب) من الله إلى بيت إسرائيل 19 وقصت عليهم
