them all that she had heard from Jesus. 20 When they were come thither they besought Jesus to abide with them; 21 and he entered into the city and abode there two days, healing all the sick and teaching concerning the kingdom of God.
22 Then said the citizens to the woman: ‘We believe more in his words and miracles than we do in what thou saidst; 23 for he is indeed a holy one of God, a prophet sent for the salvation of those that shall believe on him.’
24 After the prayer of midnight the disciples came near unto Jesus, 25 and he said to them: ‘This night shall be in the time of the Messiah, messenger of God (a) the jubilee every year ( [1] ) that now cometh every hundred years (b). 26 Therefore I will not that we sleep, but let us make prayer, bowing our head a hundred times, doing reverence to our God, mighty and merciful (c), who is blessed for ever-more,27 and therefore each time let us say:

a The prophet of God.
b That the prayer of absolution in the old time came at the beginning of every hundred years once, and in the time of the apostle it shall be every year.
c God powerful and compassionate.

كل ما سمعت من يسوع 20 فلما أتوا إلى هناك توسلوا إلى يسوع أن يمكث عندهم 21 فدخل المدينة ومكث هناك يومين شافيا كل المرضى ومعلما ما يختص بملكوت الله 22 حينئذ قال أهل المدينة للمرأة : إننا أكثر إيمانا بكلامه وآياته منا مما قلت 23 لأنه قدوس الله حقا ونبي مرسل لخلاص الذين يؤمنون به 24 وبعد صلاة نصف الليل اقترب التلاميذ من يسوع 25 فقال لهم : ستكون هذه الليلة في زمن مسيا رسول الله (ا) اليوبيل السنوي ( [2] ) الذي يجيء الآن كل مائة سنة ( ب ) 26 لذلك لا أريد أن ننام بل أن نصلي محنيين رأسنا مائة مرة ساجدين لإلهنا القدير (ج ) الرحيم المبارك إلى الأبد 27 فلنقل كل مرة :

ب ان صلاة البراءة كانه ( كانت ) في قديم الزمان تجيء برائس كل مئة سنة مرة واحدة وفي زمن رسول الله تكون في كل سنة منه
